Zayd's Workshop was founded in San Jose, California, by two brothers with a shared commitment to helping students of all backgrounds achieve their educational goals. As first-generation college graduates themselves, Justin and Brandon understand the challenges of navigating higher education in the United States and are passionate about supporting students who need guidance, encouragement, and direction. Our mission is to empower students to reach their full academic and personal potential.

Who We Are

Justin Zayd

Hello! I'm Justin, co-founder of Zayd's Workshop. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Music from UC Berkeley and a Master's degree in Counseling from Santa Clara University. I have extensive experience tutoring students across all grade levels, providing college and career advising, and supporting students with financial aid literacy. As a bilingual educator fluent in both Spanish and English, I'm committed to offering accessible, personalized support that helps students build confidence and achieve their academic and personal goals.

Brandon Zayd

Hello, I'm Brandon Zayd, the other co-founder of Zayd's Workshop. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University. I have extensive experience tutoring students from Elementary to the Collegiate level. As someone who is bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English, I'm committed to offering accessible and tailored support that will help students achieve academic success and personalize their own goals along the way.
